GM app will not install

    After the most recent update, the GM app fails to install, anyone know how to resolve this issue? Anyone having similar problems since the update?

    Could you please tell us your system version? Go to System setting->About Tablet, tell us the Kernel version. And also Maxisys app->Setting->About, let us know the version number. If possible, please take a picture for the installed failed to support@autel.com.

    Maxisys version : 2.00

    Is there a way to take a screen shot on the tablet? If not just shap a picture with a
    phone and email it? Thanks for your time in advance.

    Yes you can take the screen shot by pressing and holding the Camera icon.....................and than look for the snap in Photo in Gallery.............

    Hi wes, just replied your email. For this case, please go to ES File Explorer -> SD card -> Scan -> Download to delete GM folder and have a try again.
